Ingredients:
1 lb fresh aji pepper (1/2 lb dried)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Remove seeds, ribs, and stems, and boil peppers for 30 minutes and drain. Let cool and remove peels. Place peppers in blender and blend, drizzling in oil until smooth.
