Ingredients:
2 oz. ajwain seed
2 oz. black cumin seed
3/4 TB ginger, dried
1/2 TB garlic, dried
3/4 TB cardamom seeds, pods removed
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and ground to a fine powder using mortal and pestle or a coffee grinder. Put the ground spices in a glass container and store in a dark and cool place.
