Baked Beans

Ingredients:
3 14 oz. cans Great Northern beans
1 TB vegetable oil
1 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (or ketchup)
2 TB molasses
1 TB whole grain mustard
1 TB brown sugar
1 TB soy sauce
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 TB bourbon (optional)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil over medium heat and saute onions until lightly browned, about 7-8 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to pan, stir to combine, and transfer to a baking dish. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes, until thickened.
