Ingredients:
Handful fresh green chillies, washed and chopped
2 tablespoons fresh coriander
1 teaspoon black peppercorns, ground
1 teaspoon coriander seeds, ground
1/4 cup thick coconut milk
Salt to taste
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a mortar and pestle and mix well to a nice paste. If needed, add a little water
