Grune Sosse

Ingredients:
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1 TB walnut oil
250 g plain yogurt
250 g greek yogurt
250 g sour cream or creme fraiche
100 g of each - borage, chervil, parsley, watercress, chives, sorrel
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Chop the herbs very finely on a cutting board. Mash boiled eggs with oil and lemon juice and then blend with yogurt until creamy. Add herbs and salt and pepper to taste and blend.
