Guasacaca is a Venezuelan condiment similar to guacamole, except with a little bit more of a vinegary bite.

Ingredients:
2 avocados, peeled and pitted, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 jalapeno, stems, seeds, and ribs removed, minced
1/4 cup parsley, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Add all ingredients to food processor or blender and process until smooth. Let sit for at least 1 hour.

LOVE IT! I MADE IT FOR MY FRIENDS BIRTHDAY PARTY AND IT WAS GONE IN A FLASH. THE SECRET I THINK WAS THE GARLIC.
