This wonderful, fruity, and refreshing drink hails from Pakistan, but is enjoyed all over India as well. We seriously doubt it would hurt to put a couple of ounces of your favorite liquor in this to make it a "big boy" drink - try light rum...

Ingredients:

2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup condensed milk
3 mangos, peeled and cored
1.5 TB honey
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground cardamom

Directions:

Peel and core mangos. Add all ingredients to blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with a mint leaf.
