Morel and Fontina Pizza

Morels and fontina cheese make a wonderful pairing!

Ingredients:
8 morel mushrooms, halved
2 cups fontina cheese
1 cup tomato confit
1 tsp. fresh thyme
1 cup spring onions
1 pizza dough ball
2 TB extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Heat a pizza stone in oven at 450°. Flatten dough on a floured surface, drizzle with olive oil, and spread tomato confit over top. Add thyme, cheese, spring onions, and morels, and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
