This spicy Middle Eastern dip is usually served with pita triangles.

Ingredients:
3 red bell peppers
2/3 cup fresh bread crumbs, finely ground
1/3 cup walnuts, toasted and ground finely
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp aleppo pepper
1 tsp cumin, ground
1 TB pomegranate molasses
1 TB fresh lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil, as needed
Mint leaves, for garnish
Directions:
Roast bell peppers on a grill or broiler until skin is blackened. Place in a paper bag for 30 minutes to loosen the skin. Peel and remove stems and seeds. Chop peppers and add to food processor with all remaining ingredients except olive oil. Blend until a smooth mixture forms and begin drizzling in olive oil as the processor runs. Serve with pita triangles.
