Sambal Goreng Kentang
Translation: Fried Spicy Potatoes

Ingredients:
3 cups potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons kecap manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce)
1 tablespoon sambal oelek
Oil, for shallow frying
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
Directions:
Heat oil over medium-high heat. Shallow fry potatoes until brown, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside. Add 1 TB oil to pan and saute onions and garlic until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes. Add sambal, kecap, and spices, and stir to combine. Cook one more minute and add potatoes, stirring to coat. Serve.
